Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: June 5, 2026
You can disconnect any connected account and request deletion of your data from VultStack at any time. This page explains how, including how to remove data obtained from accounts you linked such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google/YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Option 1 — Disconnect a connected account
To revoke our access to a specific third-party account, disconnect it inside the Service:
- Log in to VultStack at crm.vultstack.com.
- Go to Settings → Connected Accounts (or the social/integrations area).
- Click Disconnect next to the account you want to remove.
Disconnecting immediately revokes the access tokens we store for that account and stops any further access. You can also revoke access directly from the platform’s own security settings (for example, Facebook’s “Business Integrations,” your Google Account’s “Third-party access,” or LinkedIn’s “Permitted services”).
Option 2 — Delete your account and all associated data
To request deletion of your VultStack account and the personal data associated with it, email us at [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Please include:
- The name and email address associated with your VultStack account.
- Your brokerage / organization name.
- Whether you want your entire account deleted, or only data from a specific connected platform (e.g., Facebook/Instagram, YouTube/Google, LinkedIn).
We will verify your request and process it within 30 days. We will confirm by email when deletion is complete.
What gets deleted
- Stored access tokens for the connected account(s) you specify.
- Personal information in your account and profile.
- CRM content associated with your account, subject to the exceptions below.
- Data obtained from connected platforms (Meta, Google/YouTube, LinkedIn) for the features you used.
What we may retain
We may retain limited information where required for legitimate business or legal reasons — for example, billing and transaction records needed for tax and accounting, and records we must keep to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Retained data is minimized and protected, and is deleted when no longer required.
Brokerage-managed data
If you are an agent invited by a brokerage, some of your data may be controlled by that brokerage’s account owner. We may direct your request to the account owner where appropriate, and we will help facilitate deletion in line with our Privacy Policy.
